Q: How do I store my brownies?
A: Because we bake fresh and use quality ingredients, please be prepared to store your brownies in the fridge or freezer within 3 days of arrival. They can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 weeks, or in the freezer for up 6 months. They can be thawed at room temperature or microwaved for a just-baked taste (remove wrapper before heating).

Q: How long will it take for my order to ship, and to arrive?
A: Most orders placed before 2:00pm EST leave our bakery within 1 business day (Monday through Friday). However, sometimes we may need an extra day or two if we are especially busy. We ship regular orders via the U.S. Postal Service’s (USPS) Priority Mail, which takes 1-3 business days in transit, depending on your distance from our Arizona bakery. Orders sent via USPS are delivered Monday through Saturday only.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We hope to in the future, but right now we only ship throughout the entire United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and its territories (including Puerto Rico and Guam).

Q: Are your products gluten free, nut free, kosher, and/or any other certification?
A: At this time we are not gluten free, nut free or kosher (all of our Protein Packed brownies include protein-rich peanut powder.  Our traditional Classic Recipe brownies (no added protein or peanut powder) are baked in a kitchen that uses peanuts and tree nut products).

Q: I heard that Obscene Brownies is on a mission to help feed America. Tell me more!
A: We’re glad you asked. For every order placed through our website, we will make a donation to No Kid Hungry worth the equivalent of 2 meals. Together we can all make a delicious difference.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Because we get started on your order right away, cancellations can’t be made once your payment in processed. However, if you need to make an adjustment to your order or shipping address, please contact us immediately at hi@obscenebrownies.com and we will do our best to assist (of course, if your order has already been prepared, packaged or shipped, our options to assist may be limited).

Q: Where can I find the ingredients and nutritional info. for your products?
A: Our Protein Packed brownies contain lots of heathy-minded ingredients like flax, hemp and chia seeds.  A full list of ingredients and key nutritional content for all of our Protein Packed brownies and Classic Recipe brownies can be found on our Nutritional Info page.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Unfortunately all sales are final. Please check and double check your shipping address, as we can’t be held liable for misdirected orders. If an order arrives in a package that is damaged, please contact the USPS as they will assist. If an order is incomplete or incorrect of course we want to know about it right away and we will address it on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at hi@obscenebrownies.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Q: What is the non-edible bonus surprise that is included in every Obscene 15 gift pack order?
A: Of course it wouldn’t be a surprise if we told you, would it? But we can give you a hint. It’s bright yellow and a little tacky!
